Eikoh-fuji's limited sake, Black Fox. The label of the red fox on the black ground is very manly. It has a good aroma, a little sweet taste at first, and then a little spicy and fizzy. It's delicious! The black fox is said to be a symbol of peace. Nice 😊.

La Maison, also known as "The House". It's a limited edition sake for drinking at home, so you have to buy it! I saw someone drinking it in a wine glass, so I tried to copy them and drank it in a wine glass😊. The aroma is peachy? The taste is sweet, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I'm not sure if it's because of the low alcohol content, but I can drink it easily😋. I had it with shabu-shabu and morokyu, and it was a delicious wine that didn't fight with the food.

The first time to drink Eiko Fuji. This time it's SHOOTING STAR, the second in the "STAR" series of summer sakes. The name and label are stylish😊. The taste is mild and sweet, and you can taste the flavor of the rice, but it is a little tingly when you put it on your tongue. I personally don't think it has much sourness. Glorious Fuji, I want to compare other drinks too😋.

Daishinshu is my favorite these days. This time it's Hana Chiku with a label designed by Chihiro Koshi, a female painter from Nagano Prefecture. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet and refreshing😊.

It's yellow with a hibiscus label, a true summer image. The taste is sweet in the mouth and definitely reminds me of banana 🍌. As always, easy to drink😊.

Purchased at Hikariya in Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo. I was attracted by the label with a handwritten butterfly and bought it. The taste is sweet from the rice, but also refreshing and a little tangy at the end. It's delicious😊. This time, I had sashimi of horse mackerel, rape blossoms with spicy sauce, and tomato with Chinese pickles. I think they all went well together... but I don't really know the pros and cons of marriage😅.

Denshu's zodiac sign bottle 2021. I happened to come across it at Masushin Shoten in Ikebukuro and bought it for New Year's. It was probably my first time drinking Denshu, but it was fruity and I quite liked it. It was great to have some good sake from the morning of New Year's Day♪

My first Yamamoto. Love at first sight the bright green label and the name "Forest Green" 😍 The moment you put it in your mouth, it's sweet, with a bitterness and a slight sourness behind it. Does it taste a bit like yogurt? And I felt, what do you think?
