おかりなI had a chance to visit Akita the other day, and I bought this "Fukukomachi".
It won the platinum prize and the jury prize in the junmai-shu category of the one called "Kura Master2021" held in France.
The taste is thick and you can feel the sweetness of the rice.
I've never had it before, but I think sake from rice-producing areas tastes better😊.
It goes well with the iburi-gakkasu that I bought as well.
