It's been hot in September and October, and I've tended to run to carbonated drinks, but I've finally settled down. Drink it while feeling the autumn! It's delicious, like a ginjo sake, with a nice mouthfeel and a delicious flavor that comes later.
This is a drink I got in Fukui, where I went for a drive between epidemic prevention measures and the declaration of a state of emergency. I liked the owl and bought the jackets. Very easy to drink, no habits!
You feel the stimulation of alcohol in the mouth, but it is replaced by a fruit sourness. I also like Fudo, though it's a different type, so it might be a good match for Chiba... I'll check it out.
