This sake was given to me by my daughter on Father's Day. It is mild, slightly sour, and delicious.

I couldn't get this icebreaker in Kyoto due to timing issues. I had heard that it tastes great on its own or heated up, but here I went with it on the rocks as usual (it was hot, after all!). Even though I am not a strong drinker, I couldn't stop myself from drinking it in gulps.

I purchased this app during a long drive from Shimanami Kaido to Dogo Onsen on a Saturday, a little off the May holiday weekend. Sake-no-wa, I really appreciate this app when purchasing local sake on vacation! It is refreshing but also has a strong sake flavor.

It gently resets the taste of food. It has a good sharpness and a slight sweetness that spreads. Very tasty.

This is my first Kubota, not Senju or Manju. It's getting too warm to enjoy nigori, but it's good because it tastes so good!

The sweetness is moderate, and the fizziness of the active nigori is refreshing. Together with the naming, it is very Akita.

I chilled it well and was able to open the bottle easily. It has a strong and characteristic sour taste, which I think some people like and dislike. I am a shallow roast coffee drinker and welcome acidity.

I wanted to drink as much of my favorite active type nigori sake as possible before spring. It was very easy to drink with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity.

The cotton (momen) tofu of a good tofu shop is as smooth as silken (kinugoshi) tofu, or something like that. It must be carefully made...

Very sweet. Sweet sake? No, it has an elegant sweetness like a delicious Habutae Mochi. Enjoying winter in the kotatsu.

I was too lazy to open the bottle of activated nigorizake in time to start the hot pot. It is very tasty, with an elegant sweetness and tingling acidity.

It's really the sweetest sake I've ever tasted. But strangely it goes well with nabe! It's hard to drink with sashimi.

It's got a robust flavor, yet so easy to drink! A very honorable student (from the top?) Now, I wonder if the next one we can get is a new sake?

It's been hot in September and October, and I've tended to run to carbonated drinks, but I've finally settled down. Drink it while feeling the autumn! It's delicious, like a ginjo sake, with a nice mouthfeel and a delicious flavor that comes later.
