Hakurakusei Junmai Daiginjo in a paulownia box! I had high expectations for this one! The aroma is like an apple! But when you put it in your mouth, it's...? Much lighter than I expected😅 It's so light and beautiful! You can taste the sweetness of the rice! The description says it's the ultimate food sake! I see! As I kept drinking it, the taste changed! The sweetness became stronger and then the dryness asserted itself! It was an interesting sake!

Washin✨ This is a great drink 😆. It gives you a strange sensation in your mouth! There is no resistance at all! Is this sake? It's like a sensation! Natural rice flavor and a slight spiciness at the end! It was delicious! It went well with shirasa shrimps!

When I requested a fruity sake at the liquor store, one of the sakes I was introduced to was Matsu no Tsukasa! Rich and dry! and sweet and sour! and sweetness and acidity! and roundness! Just under 4000yen I don't think it's fruity😅.

Sake ordered from the internet! Hirotogawa I see! It's delicious 👍! It has a strong sweetness, but not too strong, so it is easy to drink! It has a roundness and just the right amount of sweetness that lasts! Well-balanced sake that I want to keep on hand 🍶.

I saw it in a video and thought it looked good, so I bought it! Hmmm, it didn't taste like I thought it would. My first impression was light and dry! It's dry and has no depth. No sense of fruitiness. It is easy to drink! Suitable as a food wine!

A long time no see, Wind Forest! It has a strong effervescence, 10% alcohol, refreshing and juicy! It was delicious with a pear-like fruitiness! It was like it wasn't sake at all! I would have enjoyed the taste if the fizziness was a little less!
