The label and bottle colors are wintery and pretty 🙈💕
Drinking to go with Osechi!
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 19%.
When poured into a glass, it has a slightly yellowish color,
The aroma is a little floral.
When you drink it, the freshness of the sake comes through with a gusto because it is raw plus 19% alcohol,
The end result is a soft, gentle sweetness.
At the end, there is no lingering aftertaste, but a sticky sweetness.
It's like a girl hiding a little sweetness in the strength. 👧🏻
It's a raw sake, so I drank it cold and with a glass of Harushika 🦌.
I look forward to 2024 🐉.
