The first sake of 2025 is a tokoso sake🐍.
This is the first time I've had a slaughter sake from the Harushika brewery 👏.
It's a liqueur but I'm giving it away: 🙋♀️
Alcohol content: 12
Extract: 16% or more
Ingredients: mirin, sake, sansho peel, cinnamon peel, mandarin orange peel, Chinese bellflower root, hamabokaze, okera stem leaves
Yellow in color with a soft aroma.
Gently sweet, with a fresh cinnamon-like aroma that fills the mouth 🤍.
It is easy to drink and not so peculiar.
I think it tastes better when it is chilled.
It goes well with black soybeans for Osechi.
I want to enjoy drinking in 2025 while taking care of my health. 🙂↕️
