I bought this sake back in May and had it sitting in the fridge until I finally opened it✨
Sawaya Matsumoto is not sold in many liquor stores, so I'm happy to be able to buy it 👏.

When I first opened it, the lid flew off like champagne 🍾.
When you put it in a glass, the bubbles stick to the glass and it is slightly carbonated.
When you drink it, it has a banana-like aroma and sweetness.
It has a sweetness to it with a slight sweetness,
The end result is a nice sharp taste.
It is good to drink it chilled in a glass. 🙆🏻♀️
It was good when I drank it with Bakudan.
