It's been a long time since I've had a drunken whale.
The whale flying on the label is beautiful 🐋.

Rice：100% Yamadanishiki
When put in a glass, it looks colorless and transparent, with a slightly sweet aroma.
It has a strong and sharp taste, which fades away as soon as you put it in your mouth. The sharpness is really good 👐.
There is no lingering aftertaste, but the fruity aroma remains in the mouth. It's refreshing though and doesn't bother me. I liked it 🙈.
A little after opening the mouth, the acidity also comes out and it's twice as enjoyable. Looks like it should be served cold in a glass 😶.
I drank it with bonito tataki and it was delicious with a crisp cut along with the aroma of burnt bonito 🐟.
