Tatsuriki播州辛口 特別純米 ひやおろし
酒とネイル
I thought it was "Ryuriki" for "dragon power",
I learned to read it as "tatsu-riki": ✍🏻
I want to know how the rice used to make it is different from the rice made in the special A district 😶.
The label red and black line gold is cool and samurai-like!
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 15
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki (produced in special A district in Hyogo Prefecture)
The aroma is gentle and not strong.
The palate is soft with a rich sweetness and umami of the rice.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp.
Unlike the label, it has a light atmosphere and is easy to drink with little peculiarity.
It would be good with savory food such as tatami sardines. 🙆♀️
It might be better to drink it with ceramic sake cups.
