Kavanagh from a liquor store in Ito to match the local fish (?). Produce Sake. It went well with horse mackerel and mackerel. We also had many other attractive sakes, including Iso-Jiman, but we ordered more of this one.

We went to an izakaya nearby and drank a sake that the owner's father liked to drink. He said he was from Nagano, but if you go over the mountains, you'll find Niigata. He said he used to carry a lot of sake over the mountains. It's just a normal food-worm sake and you never get tired of drinking it.
