This is the Ichinokura version of a project I received a while ago that used the Tokyo University of Agriculture rose yeast PM-1. It has a delightful mellow and sweet aroma characteristic of the brewery.

Purchased at a major liquor store. It is served at room temperature. I can feel the thickness and acidity to some extent, and it is good for a normal evening drink. It has a good balance of price and quality, so I will buy it again. Today, I'm going to drink it with cotton tofu and mapo tofu.

I saw this at a nearby supermarket and bought it a few days ago. It's quite aged and has a dark golden color. I think it would be better if it was a little younger, but it's not bad for an old sake lover. I had it at room temperature, but I think it would be good at 40 degrees. I had quite a few bottles, so I think I'll give it a try.

Following last night's Yamadanishiki, I tried Izumibashi's Rakufu Mai. The color of this wine is not strong, but it stands out more than a bad grape wine, even with flatfish, flat clams, and pate en croute (a French side dish).
