I didn't know there was a fruit series, and was unsure about the melon and the apple. Indeed, the first sip was slightly effervescent, with a sweet and sour apple taste. It is nice to have such an easy-to-understand flavor analogy. Personally, I thought the sweetness was a little strong as I continued drinking. But it was delicious.
Purchased at a rare brewery standing at the east-west junction of Japan, near Fossa Magna in Itoigawa. This is my second visit. It has a good balance of aroma and flavor, and as the label says, it is summery, so we enjoyed it well chilled.
Purchased at Tajiri Honten, Toyama. I was overwhelmed by the refrigerated warehouse I had never seen before. I was worried that it would spoil in the heatwave, but half of it was enjoyed at the inn where I was traveling, and the rest at my parents' house. It has a fruity and gorgeous flavor, but I never got tired of it. It was delicious in the air-conditioned room.
Purchased as a set with "Nami," a limited edition from all Namie breweries, from the rice to the brewing process. Nami is a classic style, robust and powerful, while the modern E is more flamboyant. However, it is not too light and retains the fisherman's sake character typical of Banjo Kotobuki. We support the reconstruction of Namie.
Visit Yamagata. Purchased at a sake store in Oishida. Savor it leisurely and without thinking while soaking in the hot spring and getting into the futon in the room. The ginjo aroma quickly disappeared and the taste was dry. It was a good sake.
It is a Yamahai sake, but it is mature and slightly spicy. A sake that is not to be underestimated, and is a good cosmetic sake that you will never get tired of drinking. It shows its full potential when heated.
Aromatic, light and refreshing sake. The sake season has finally started, and I bought the first sake bottle of the season. Half of it was served cold, and the rest was served hot with hot pots and oden. The warmed sake is more rounded and delicious. The bottle was empty in no time.
