Purchased at the brewery during a visit to Dogo Onsen. It is said to be the best sake in the brewery. It has a light aroma but a robust flavor. The day after the bottle is opened, it tastes mellower. Still, it was a little expensive. A good memory.
If you wait for the moon, the tide will come in, and now you row out.
