I've had Kido a few times, it's very tasty and cosy, one of my favourite sakes😋.
So I was looking forward to drinking this summer sake and finally opened a bottle 😆☀️.
It looks cool and nice💠✨.
Slightly pear-like smell ✳︎
It has a clear, tangy sourness and a bitter aftertaste.
But hidden behind that is the sweetness and flavor of the rice 🥴.
The word "summer gale" is perfect for this 💫.
It's a very refreshing drink. ❣️
Good as a food sake 🤤

I had it with meat tofu and pickled yam with wasabi😋🍲
