Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo Yume no Aka
Soft and sweet aroma like banana and vanilla ❇︎.
The mouthfeel is very soft and the clarity is amazing✨.
It's like the mouthfeel you get when you drink good water☺️.
The sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads all at once in your mouth.
The final taste is crisp and clean 🌟.
It's so delicious😭!
The beautiful balance is the best 🙌✨.
🥺 reminded me of the soft and clear taste of Hirotogawa that I drank last time.
Great on it's own or as a food sake, plus it's food optional!
This time, we started with the food.
I had it with a strawberry tart for dessert🤣❤️🍰
Actually...
The last time I went to Hirotogawa, I had a Junmai Daiginjo
I was surprised at how delicious it was 😳💗💗.
I was told that the special junmai was recommended and I was actually going to buy the special junmai 💦.
What? I've never seen a blue label like this! Anyway, before it's gone!
I was so impatient that I bought the Junmai Ginjo first 🤭💦.
(I found out later that the label has been changed)
But I've seen posts about it being a limited edition sake, so I'm glad I got it 😇💟💟.
Next time!
