This is my first Tokushima for some reason.
The foaming sensation is weak, but there are more micro bubbles, so it has a strong silky sensation 👏 No habit, no stickiness, sweet and soft taste of koji. I want to refill 3 more cups.
When I lifted the bottle, the lees formed a nice wave like the illustration on the label 🌊✨maybe the size and amount of lees is calculated to create this wave 🤔 if so, brilliant 🌊🙌
