Yamamoto has a spring-like design. Nama sake with a gaseous taste. It has the freshness of nama-shu, but is not too sweet and has a crisp mouthfeel. I can drink it as a food sake. Delicious.
This is my first time at Akamu. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness. It seems to go well with anything as a food sake. Will be a repeat purchase.
Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, so.... It is very elegant and has a deep, somewhat rum-like aroma. I think it would be good as an after-dinner drink. I think I'll drink the rest tomorrow with chocolate.
