Tonight, I had the Wind Forest Alpha Type 1 that I've been longing for...:(；Ohm'ohm'o): so good 😋 This is as shocking as the first time I drank Houou Bida or No.6!!! Gentle fruit scent, sourness, crispness, umami, and a melon-like flavor in the aftertaste. It's a pleasant drink that doesn't have a low alcohol content... Is this the type of drink that everyone loves? It's a great way to make sure you're getting the best value for your money. I'm going to go around the stations of the road in search of good rice, because it wasn't so good.

Tonight, we had the Chou-Oroku unfiltered raw hiyaoroshi from Shimane Prefecture... my first time with the Oroku. First of all, it is sold in a perfectly preserved condition and is only available at 34 stores across the country, so if you don't have a store near you, this is a difficult drink to buy. If you don't have a store near you, it's not easy to buy it. Fortunately, I was able to buy it from a store I often visit, Mikada Sake Shop. I didn't know anything about it and the wife picked it out for me 😅This time, it was made in 2016...the color was a bit yellowish. The aroma is a bit yellow in color. It's difficult to describe because of the light aroma. The taste is like umami, sour, bitter, astringent, and pungent, but I wonder if it's a good representation of bitterness. It makes me want to seek out this bitterness more and more... delicious... and it makes me want to try another brand. I think I'll enjoy it tomorrow, either a little higher or warmed up.

A bit of a game-changer! Maybe I just don't know this, but... the jacket of "Fumotoi Kimoto Special Junmai Omachi Hiiri Shakumon Tokusen" from Yamagata Prefecture is very nice, and the shopkeeper recommended it to me, so I bought it for a nightcap the night before last... a beautiful sake with a fruity aroma and a dry but sweet taste... it's crisp and crisp, making it perfect for a mid-meal saké... all-around beautiful! It was a great drink... Well, there are many more delicious drinks to be had, aren't there?

Good evening. It's Asahi-sakae from Sagara Sake Brewery in Tochigi city. His wife, who is also a calligraphy instructor, bought this sake as a jacket. According to her, it's made by a female toji (master brewer), a rare brewer in the northern Kanto region. 29-year-old Sanae Sagara, who was appointed to the position of master brewer at the age of 25, made this sake. We will take a drink. The aroma is gentle, pleasant and discreet, and the freshness is gentle. It was very tasty.

Last night, on a sake day that coincided with the mid-autumn moon, we had a local Ho'oubiden Junmai Ginjo sake while watching the beautiful moon. I think I don't need to tell you how it tasted. Haneya Shine Shine Shine Shine, unfiltered limited edition unpasteurized sake from the Toyama Prefecture's Tombiku Sake Brewery. It's light in alcohol content (13% alcohol), but it has a great flavor, a refreshing aroma, and a great crispness. We had a party with my brother and sister at my parents' house and it was all gone in no time. Thank you to my friends in Toyama for sending it to me.

It's been a long time since I had a drink. Tonight, I'm going to drink a popular saké that I got from my gaming buddy in Toyama, called Haneya Junmai Ginjo Kirabi. The aroma is fruity. As it was brewed with the image of sparkling fireworks in the night sky, it's gorgeous and sweet like fireworks... Wow! It's a great drink. You scared me! I was shocked at how good it was! Mr. Shaw! I got this from a friend in Toyama Prefecture. The core of the Ginban Sake Brewery! It has a rice flavor and a refreshing taste, making it a delicious sake. My brothers and I got together at my parents' house and savored it while having a yakitori & yakiniku party. Thank you very much.

The label is nice...the back of the label is decorated with goldfish, so you can see it faintly from the front. The taste is slightly cemedine, with a hint of bitterness that runs through the mouth. As expected from a brewery in Shiogama, this is a brewery in Shiogama! I'm sure the sashimi will go well with the sashimi...I wanted to have sushi at Sushi Akira It was gone in the blink of an eye.
