It has a pleasant fresh aroma and flavor that goes down your throat and makes you happy....it has enough flavor to be good on its own, but it's also sharp enough not to interfere with your meal. It's 17% alcohol by volume, but for drinkers who can drink it smoothly, it's something you can't get enough of. It was delicious.
