A drink I had with my wife the day before our end of year vacation. The wife raved about it! It's a great sake that's not overpowering but goes well with food. It seems to have captured the heart of the wife, who likes Hakurakusei from Miyagi Prefecture.

It's my favorite Hekihan that really strikes my taste buds... and I've learned not to drink it with Kaze no Mori Type 1 😅Both are my favorite drinks, but they taste in different genres or directions... 😅Sorry about Kaze no Mori m(_ _)m

Long time no post! I was able to purchase a bottle of Jyushiyo Ginzen through the lottery *\(^o^)/* I also got the autumn staple Senkou Akatombo and the cosy Gakki Masamune! Now for the Jyushiro, it's a bottle and I want to drink it with everyone but how do I arrange it 😃?

Hello *\(^o^)/*It's a little out of season, but the other day I received a summer sake "Yukata Sugata Special Junmai Namaishu" Amabie Label from Iinuma Meijo "Sugata", one of my favorite sake breweries in Tochigi Prefecture. Tochigi Prefecture is about to be lifted from the state of emergency, but it's a good omen. Amabie-chan is cute😍The taste is sweet and delicious, but a little sour... maybe because too much time has passed? But it's not too sweet, so I enjoyed it even while poking the pot.

Forgot to take it up~! This is a limited edition reprint of Hououmita Kuroban. I was going to drink it with my wife after I finished breastfeeding her, but she gave me permission not to leave it too long because it would be too late to drink it, so I had it. I'm sure you'll agree with me that it's a great drink. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.

Merry Christmas 🎄 Tonight it landed from Miyagi Prefecture, where I worked until last year, from a real beer. It's a very rare winter-only Asahi Taka from Takagi Shuzo, the same brewery that brewed Jyushiro. It's too good♪ It has a banana-like aroma, sweetness and umami♪ The aftertaste is long and a little sour, which is pleasant♪ Amazing, this sake! I'm amazed! Thank you for this very valuable sake😊It was a wonderful Christmas.

I went to Okazaki Shuzo (Okazaki Shuzo)/*I wanted to drink some Junmai-type sake, which is often seen in the market, but they didn't sell it because it was out of season. Now, how does regular sake taste... It's normal booze, right? The aroma has a gentle fruitiness to it. The soft deliciousness spreads out horizontally and cuts through quickly with a sense of gas, bitterness and alcohol. This is delicious. I like the Honjyuu Honjozo, a local brewery, but it's trying to go a completely different route - I was surprised! I don't know if this can be sold all over the country, but I'd like to keep some on hand for everyday use. I sent this to the people who have helped me, so I hope they are happy with it!

I have a bottle of Senchin's "Yukidaruma". I think it's because I've only drunk the upper, less muddy part of it. But it's good...I've been trying to make sure to drink a quart of it over at least 3 days lately. Also, if I mess up my stomach and esophagus, I won't be able to drink it 😓 But on the third day, I end up drinking the rest of it because I'm so close... maybe? Today, we had three cups of sake while eating slowly. I'm sure many of the end-of-year parties have been cancelled this year, but be careful not to drink too much, everyone.

It's more gassy and sour than I expected, and then it's sweet, with a pleasant rice flavor and a clear, dry finish! I like it - I just emptied a quadruple bottle because it was so delicious 😓

I actually went to my favorite liquor store to stock up on a few bottles of my favorite Yukidaruma, but they said it would probably be in stock next week... Next, my next favorite classic Omachi was the only one I could find, so I chose the Classic Pure Pure Sake Sake! It's still good... and the more you drink it, the better it tastes. Compared to Modern, the acidity is milder, but it has a good taste... It's wonderful... I never liked sour sake or wine, but drinking Senbou's Modern changed my mind. Today, we also bought a repeat purchase of the Kaze no Mori Alpha Type 1 and two other seasonal fruit sakes, Houou Bita Ichigo and two other bottles we've never had before, for a total of five bottles. We have no plans to go out for three consecutive holidays because both my wife and son are sick. It's a little early, but will I change the tires of my Copen and the wife's Ascera? I'm just wondering. So, folks! Have a great weekend...

My boss, who used to work for me, gave me this drink. It's not too strong in flavor, but it's comfortable and delicious, and the aftertaste is not too persistent, so it's really beautiful. Today, I'm going to share with you a nostalgic drink that arrived from my former boss. This is the Miyaganbae Plum in Miyagi Prefecture. The Miyaganbai plum blossoms are so good that it brings tears to my eyes 😢 This is my second hometown in Miyagi prefecture where I lived for about 5 years. The taste is sweet and juicy with a slight crispiness to the finish! It's delicious 😢 I was the one who vowed to come back to say hello with my family when the corona settles down.

Here is a precious Katsu-Koma Junmai-Ginjo that I got from my real game buddy Sho in Toyama last weekend. It was a very well-balanced sake with mainly umami. Ate was grilled burricanes with salt! It's a great match...it's got a great taste that can stand on its own...this sake is...amazing...the finish is dry yet sweet with a lingering apple taste...it's amazing that you can pull off such a complex flavor so smoothly! It was delicious... thank you 😊

I drank a bottle of Chouchin Junmai Ginjo Namaizume Hiyaoroshi Genshu (Chouchin) [Aichi], which I was recommended to buy on my way home when I was shopping on Saturday. What is this? It's delicious 😋 The aroma isn't strong, but it's gentle and sweet, and the taste has a strong outline of umami. And it goes well with a meal... The entrée was salmon chan-chan-yaki, which goes well with a wide range of dishes... Thank you for recommending this delicious sake to me. Thank you very much for recommending this sake to us. The sake shop is Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City.
