They say France says it goes well with chocolate. A place called Koshinohana Sake Brewery used to make it but went out of business in 2018. Takahashi Sake Brewery has managed to produce a Kingfisher's Journey that was popular with the French. This sake itself tastes bitter and chocolatey. But it's drinkable without being sweet. I was surprised to find such a sake that goes so well with chocolate. If you like sweet sake, you should definitely try it! Bitter chocolate as a snack ★4

Super Cell-24 They use a carefully selected, even more aromatic version of Cell-24 yeast. The pineapple flavor is amazing, but the sharpness and lightness of Bikyuu doesn't make you feel the heaviness and sweetness that is typical of sweet wines. It's too fruity and delicious! 5

Too juicy! Pineapple flavor, but the aftertaste is sharp. This sharpness is more sharp than that of hana abi, even though they have the same pineapple flavor. Flower Yeast Nadeshiko Sake strength -9 This is what "gorgeous" means! The label looks like it was made in 10 minutes with Photoshop.
