Beautiful and mellow sweetness. Very juicy! Aroma is modest? Is it sweet until the middle part of the bottle? Then it suddenly cuts off. then all of a sudden, it is cut off. As the temperature rises, bitterness and pungency come out. It is excellent with strong flavored dishes. However, it is best to drink it cold at first.

First day of opening Shinmasa's new sake It is a lucky charm shipped on New Year's Day 😌. The taste is fresh No.6. Well, No.6 is very fresh too 😂. It is 12 degrees Celsius, which is 1 degree lower than usual. It is very easy to drink. I can't take my eyes off this year's Niimasa.
