According to Mr. Kumagai's note from last year, this sake can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures. Yes, he also recommended mixing it with carbonated water! It's like a beautiful banana aroma when you put ice in it.
What I liked most surprisingly was when I warmed it up to about lukewarm, the beautiful acidity jumped out and the sweet-tart base was still there. ‼️
