Nanka Yokai
Very light taste. It has a mild aroma, but I can taste a little bit of white grape flavor.
I heard it was made from rice that was left over, but I didn't know it was possible to make something this good 😋.
This one is also from Fermentation Department. I picked this up because of the Taro connection! I picked it up. I had never picked up doburoku before, but it was a nice encounter 🍶.
