Purchased at Shikisaikan in Seven at Obihiro Station. Hekiunkura was built on the campus of Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. It is the first brewery on a university campus in Japan. It has a full flavor and a clean aftertaste, just as the concept says.

I was attracted by the frog label. It has a gentle mouthfeel, a not-too-intrusive aroma, a full flavor, a light aftertaste, and a slight acidity to tighten it up...perfect as a food sake...! I became a fan after reading their website. I'd like to try the "Shizen Shu" next!
