Cold Sake ★
It is mellow and has sweetness and umami. On the other hand, it has the sharpness and dryness typical of sake, with a strong bitterness. It was not so easy to drink, perhaps because it was the second half of the meal, or perhaps it was simply not to my taste, but it was relatively easy to drink when paired with spicy fresh ginger.

The overall impression is quite refreshing. Both the aroma and taste are thin with a clean aftertaste. Sake that can be drunk smoothly. It has a soft and mellow taste and blends well on the tongue. There is no sourness, but a hint of sweetness and bitterness. It is good as a food sake, but we would not dare to select it. It is not enough as a stand-alone sake.

The mouthfeel is gaseous and acidic, followed by a bitter taste in the mouth. There is a hint of sweetness, but the overall impression is refreshing and sharp. As it approaches room temperature, you can taste the umami flavor. It also has a taste typical of sake.
