The first Hokkaido sake is Kamikawa Daisetsu. It seems to be a sake made from white koji which is usually used for shochu. It has a refreshing taste. It is citrusy. The aftertaste is refreshing, and it is rather dry alcohol. You can really feel a slight fizz. I think it has a softer mouthfeel after a few days than when I first opened it.

Tosa Shiragiku, the sake of choice We had a Junmai Daiginjo! From the moment I opened it, I could smell the ginjo aroma wafting in the air. When you drink it, it tastes just like a Junmai Daiginjo! taste! In the latter half of the bottle, I felt a little bitterness. I enjoyed the lingering taste that lingers in my mouth forever. I love it!

My first Masanryu! It was delicious! It's the kind of thing that goes smoothly. Even though it's a Junmai sake, it's almost as if it has a Ginjo aroma! It's fruity and easy to drink! You can have as many glasses as you like. And it's reasonable. The best!

Imanishi Brewery "Imanishi" in Mimurosugi The umami is amazing In the mouth, the umami is fan-freaking-tastic! The aftertaste has a bitterness typical of Omachi. To my dumb taste buds. It is like a less peculiar version of Tamahisa. Everyone says it's delicious I haven't reached that level yet.

Feels a little sweet right off the bat in the mouth. A little fizzy, probably because it was just opened. A little bitterness and astringency at the end of the mouthfeel. Very easy to drink and delicious! I can drink it easily! What is the difference between this sake and the one we drank the other day, Gakki Masamune? This one has 60% polished rice and 70% Kake rice. The one we drank the other day was 60%. Personally, I felt I liked this one more.
