The first Hokkaido sake is Kamikawa Daisetsu.
It seems to be a sake made from white koji which is usually used for shochu.
It has a refreshing taste. It is citrusy. The aftertaste is refreshing, and it is rather dry alcohol.
You can really feel a slight fizz.
I think it has a softer mouthfeel after a few days than when I first opened it.
