This is your first Ona ☺️. The color is pretty much on, and the scent makes it clear. It is reminiscent of a mature type. It's easy to drink at first when you include it. When it comes to the inside of your mouth, it's gusty and firm. It has a good taste. It may be a bit spicy there. The back end is refreshing. I like this one a lot. I would love to try the other ones too 😆.

Because it is a Kimoto-zukuri, the color is decent. When I thought it was going to be brewed, I was told it was brewed in 2019. The aroma is mild and sweet, like a sweet sake. At first I felt it was sour because it's more acidic than I usually drink, but The sake level is -6...it's getting better after the second drink 🤪 I tried it with cheese, and the acidity helped to clear it up. It was good. It's versatile as a food sipper. It can be heated or chilled. It was good.

This is the second aged Daiginjo from the Society for Enjoying Secret Sake. This one, of course, is also not available in the market. There is not much color on it. The aroma is mild. When it's consumed, an elegant sweetness spreads to the fullest extent. It has a slight spiciness and bitterness that pulls the whole thing together. This is a limited edition sake for the Society of Secret Sake. It is not available in the market. It doesn't have much color on it. The aroma is high, but not pungent and unpleasant. On the palate, it's gentle on the palate and has a very smooth flavor. There's a slight spiciness at the end. The scent is balanced and exquisite 👍. A group of six 720ml bottles of Daiginjo (two in October, three in December and one in February) to enjoy a reasonably priced secret brew. I'm glad I bought it 😋.
