This is a limited edition sake for the Society of Secret Sake.
It is not available in the market.
It doesn't have much color on it.
The aroma is high, but not pungent and unpleasant.
On the palate, it's gentle on the palate and has a very smooth flavor. There's a slight spiciness at the end.
The scent is balanced and exquisite 👍.
A group of six 720ml bottles of Daiginjo (two in October, three in December and one in February) to enjoy a reasonably priced secret brew.
I'm glad I bought it 😋.
