くりか
This is the second aged Daiginjo from the Society for Enjoying Secret Sake.
This one, of course, is also not available in the market.
There is not much color on it.
The aroma is mild.
When it's consumed, an elegant sweetness spreads to the fullest extent.
It has a slight spiciness and bitterness that pulls the whole thing together.
I think it will expand when it is warmed up, so
I'm going to give it a try ^ ^
