The type of fire-boiling I drank in the spring.
The aroma is softly sweet.
Moderately fruity on the palate with a slight semedyne odor.
It's gentle, but the gentle flavor of the Yamada-Nishiki firmly in place.
You can enjoy it. The back end is clear and easy to drink.
We'll be able to drink to that!
I would have preferred it to have a raw, juicy feel to it, but I
