As it was a spring sake drinking comparison, there was also an ogoragarami from Ona! (I received this for White Day).
This one has a nice sharpness in spite of its aroma and goes well with sashimi. It's a very smooth and easy to drink sake.
I was shocked when I drank it last year, Spring Urara of Turtle Sea. We welcomed it again this year.
It is still delicious. It seems to be a bit more subdued than last year, but it has a gorgeous aroma and a long-lasting umami flavor, all of which are at the maximum level on the chart.
I was so glad to have the opportunity to visit the local restaurant, Manjusen in Toyama. pero is light and tasty.
Thank you very much to the people next to me and the owner for recommending me so many places 🍶.
I thought it would be full of umami and sweetness, but surprisingly, it has a calmness like a food wine compared to others. I never get tired of drinking it.
Drinking comparison.
The orange special pure rice one smells and tastes like burnt caramel. Characteristic and delicious.
The purple Junmai Ginjo has a moderate aroma, but a deep flavor and soft sweetness.
With yellowtail shabu-shabu!
A balanced, refreshing sake. But it also has a great umami flavor.
It is a good sake to wash away the fat of the yellowtail.
