Daiginjo! It's not junmai, but it's like junmai.... Sweeter than expected, but with a clean aftertaste. I'm glad I had a chance to try it because I was curious about it!
I've been curious about the Morishima from "A Stone's throw" for a while and finally got around to drinking it. It's labeled dry but not too dry, it was gorgeous and went perfectly with the crab miso cheese.
A special one that I got from Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery's Auberge when I was on a business trip!
It was so healthy that it spilled out when the bottle was opened. It has a good balance of sweetness with a moderate sharpness and gasiness, and it is so delicious that you can easily drink it....
The picture is Yamada-Nishiki! I drank it with Kaze no Mori from Omachi, this one has a banana-like aroma and the Omachi has a sharpness, each is good.
The first Nabeshima of my life in a Nabeshima glass!
The taste is not fire-roasted. It is a well-balanced type, and I imagine it to be similar to Miyazumi or something like that.
Ottersama again. I had an image of it being more skimpy, but the first sip was sweeter than I thought it would be! But as I drank it with rice, it became easier and easier to drink.
As it was a spring sake drinking comparison, there was also an ogoragarami from Ona! (I received this for White Day).
This one has a nice sharpness in spite of its aroma and goes well with sashimi. It's a very smooth and easy to drink sake.
I was shocked when I drank it last year, Spring Urara of Turtle Sea. We welcomed it again this year.
It is still delicious. It seems to be a bit more subdued than last year, but it has a gorgeous aroma and a long-lasting umami flavor, all of which are at the maximum level on the chart.
I was so glad to have the opportunity to visit the local restaurant, Manjusen in Toyama. pero is light and tasty.
Thank you very much to the people next to me and the owner for recommending me so many places 🍶.
