Last week I contracted the flu in an epidemic and went through hell for the first two days or so 😣.
After a little rehabilitation over the weekend, I opened a bottle of Garo today.
A young man made this sake thinking about the future of sake, and when I told him it was a 13% sake made with a traditional sake yeast yeast, he thought it would be easy to drink 🤔.
It's a light lactic acid type sake with a refreshing gulp 😋.
A little bit alcoholic when the temperature range goes up a bit.
It's good to go cold and sip 👍
