Standing drink at "Niigata wo Kome" in the underground whity of Umeda, Osaka. A small drink set with shio koji salmon for 500 yen. It was delicious!
It is "Umakuchi".
A gift from an acquaintance. It is served chilled in the refrigerator.
It has a sweet taste but still has a pungent, deep flavor. I paired it with Chinese food, and it is very delicious.
First time? The first sake from the Kanto region. But the sake rice is Yamadanishiki from near my house.
I will have it at room temperature with sushi.
Tonight I pulled out my motsu nabe, Keitonago. It has a mild taste with not much spiciness (maybe a spicy aftertaste). However, I would like to pair the spiciness with sashimi. Next time I will try it with sashimi.
