There was a warning to be careful when opening the bottle, but I didn't have any difficulty because it had been a little while since I purchased the bottle. At first it was clear and slightly carbonated. It has a full-bodied rice sweetness that is typical of junmai sake. The second half is milky white in color, with a slightly gaseous taste that remains fruity, but there is also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

New Year's party at my parents' house every time. This year, we have a lot of sake. First of all, I'll start with Kuraku. No aroma. It has a sweetness and a gaseous feeling in the mouth. It's fruity and crisp at the end. It's sweet, so at first I thought it wouldn't go well with food, but the crispness at the end can be taken as a dry taste, so it's good with osechi stew. ‼️

I was at the Hokuriku products exhibition and Tanabe Sake Brewery was there. I wanted to buy Osaru no George but they were sold out🥹. I tasted it and it was delicious, so I bought this one. It has a sweet aroma and when you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and there is a slight bitterness but it is very easy to drink. The aftertaste is crisp and dry.

This sake was given to us as a product of a rock-paper-scissors-paper tournament of a sake association. It is a 60% rice polishing ratio Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture. I had an image of Omachi as a sweet sake, but I was wrong. It has a slightly thick and dry taste on the palate. It has a sour taste that goes down the throat. There is also a bitter aftertaste, which is interesting. It is a sake that can be liked or disliked.

It is a limited edition autumn sake. The ginkgo pattern is very cute. The aroma spreads softly in the mouth. It has a full flavor typical of junmai sake. The aftertaste is refreshing and very easy to drink. Yesterday, we enjoyed it with the autumn delicacy, saury stewed in ume plum. I am looking forward to drinking the rest of the bottles with it.

Recently I have been visiting Izakaya NAIN, which has a large selection of Japanese sake. This time, I went there because I heard that I could drink Jyushiyo at a sake tasting event. I drank it for the first time. I was very impressed. Junmai Daiginjo, fruity and mild on the palate. It has a slight bitterness that lingers in the mouth. Delicious 😋. I would like to drink it again when I have a chance.

I came to Toyama on business. I stopped by Saseki in Iwase and ordered a 30-minute all-you-can-drink 2,000-yen drink special. It was the first sake I drank. It is very easy to drink and delicious. It can be enjoyed by itself or with dried firefly squid for a different taste. I bought it at a nearby liquor store for home use.

I attended the Splash Sake Party at an izakaya in Funabashi. We enjoyed many sparkling sake. The second type of sparkling was my favorite, Flax Cat Spark! The label is as cute as ever. This time the label says CLEAR. As the name suggests, it is sophisticated and clear. There is a slight sweetness as soon as you take a sip. It is clean and has no bitterness. Shinsei is still delicious.
