Today, the wife and I took the Odakyu and bus to Miyagase Dam. We brought home a bottle of Koganei Shuzo's Mori Masu (Junmai Namaizu), which is stored at the Miyagase Dam. I am looking forward to drinking it after taking a bath.

In July, his wife completed putting together a new house in Mukogaoka-Yuen. Went shopping in Mizoguchi by bus during Obon vacation. Took home a bottle of Aizu Nakamasa (Junmai) at the Marui Family liquor store. I'm looking forward to having a glass of wine with dinner today.

Today, I had an evening drink with Higashimurayama sake purchased at Toshimaya Sake Brewery, which I visited last weekend! I was torn between this and the Kinzoku, but I bought this one, named after the town where the brewery is located. It's nice to sip a little while remembering Shimura Ken.

On a business trip to Hiroshima on Monday, I took home a bottle of Shirobotan. My daughter had drunk this sake at a sake festival and said she liked it. I'm going to let it sit until today and plan to have a leisurely evening drink with it. Looking forward to it!

In October, he started working from Kobe to Tokyo and moved to Kawasaki by himself. Visited Izumihashi Sake Brewery in Ebina as his first brewery in the East. Tasted several kinds of sake. Today, we revisited a tasting at Taiyo Shuzo, which became a favorite of ours after visiting last year. We tasted three different kinds of sake with tasty snacks, plus one more secret sake, and took home a "tarekuchi". Looking forward to drinking it tomorrow!

Today, I went to Mt. Mikusa in Kato-shi with my wife. Mikusa in Kato-shi, where we stepped on Chikamoto Road, which Hanshin's Chikamoto trained on during his school days. When we went to get a certificate to commemorate our crossing, we were told that the Kamiyui Sake Brewery was located in the immediate neighborhood. I went to the brewery to pick up a bottle of Tamashizuku nigori sake to take home.

Today I woke up early for a trip to Nara using a 1-day ticket from Hanshin. I stopped by Imanishi Seibei Shoten and brought home a bottle of Harushika Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu (Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu). I was also satisfied with the interesting design of the sake cup.

The second brewery to visit in Tamba was Nishiyama Sake Brewery. We took home a small bottle of kotsuzumi and a sake bottle. I was attracted by the font. I am looking forward to having a glass of sake at night.

The second sake from the Osawa Honke Sake Brewery was nigori sake from the warehouse. I tasted this sake last May and fell in love with it at first sip. I couldn't wait to drink it with my friends.

Today, I visited Ozeki's brewery opening and then went to Osawa Honke Sake Brewery, where I fell in love with a sip last year. After getting a tasting set, I took two bottles back to the Osawa Honke Sake Brewery. After receiving a tasting set, I took home two bottles, the first of which was Junmai Harazake. The first was a Junmai genmai sake, which I was impressed with at the first sip last year. The first sip of last year's tasting brought back memories of how impressed I was with the taste.

The third stop on our Keihoku-Kameoka sake brewery tour was the Tanzan Sake Brewery. Our family is planning to visit the brewery in Nishinomiya-go next week, so we held back. After tasting the sake, my daughter took home an iibitsu. She said it tasted savory like popcorn.

The second stop on the Keihoku - Kameoka Sake Brewery tour was Oishi Sake Brewery. Here, my family had a bottle of Ootsuru (first pressed sake) and my daughter had a glass of nigori. We also had a glass of Otsuru together.
