When you open the bottle, the cork blows off with great force. Crisp and slightly carbonated. It gives the impression of sparkling wine, champagne, or white wine. It's unlike anything I've ever tasted before in terms of sake. I was betrayed in a good way, but I like it this way.

I gave it a little shake because it's "lightly nigoric" and it overflows with tremendous vigor. Too much carbonation. If you are going to drink it, please be careful. It's crisp so you can gulp it down. The sharpness is excellent.

Purchased at my favorite liquor store for a line drinking party with high school friends. Banana aroma, slight foam and crisp acidity. Good costa👍. It's easy to drink and I found myself with less than half a bottle. I'm sure I'll be repeating this if I don't find another candidate.

This is my first Hououmita. I went to my favorite liquor store, which I hadn't been to in a while, and bought the recommendation as usual. I thought it wasn't as good as its previous reputation, but I found myself drinking it for almost 3 hours. I never get tired of drinking it. I can keep drinking it. It's a dangerous one that somehow makes me want to drink it again. I don't know if I'll repeat it or not, but this is it. The good thing is that I was able to confirm the compatibility with my favorite liquor store before this drink.

Kudokijozu純米大吟醸生酒

From the opening of the mouth, the aroma is mellow and fruity, which is typical of a good wine maker. The taste is very dry and far from the aroma. Personally, I wanted a little more sweetness and flavor. I had heard in advance that it was dark and sweet, so maybe I was getting too much mileage out of it. I'm looking forward to seeing how things change in the future.

When I asked the clerk for a recommendation in the "Sharaku Usu Nigori" lineage, he introduced me to it. I'm sure it's the same strain. He told me that Sharaku Usunigori is sold in December. It made me want to drink Sharaku again this year.

At my favorite liquor store, I asked the clerk When I told him that I enjoyed the Kudokidoge Junmai Daiginjo, Raw Dewa Sanshu 33%, he recommended this one. It was definitely similar, and this one was even juicier than the Kudokidokei. It was so good on the palate that I drank three or four cups. On the second day, I was a little sore, so I started to enjoy it more as a stand-alone sake rather than as a mid-meal drink. On the sixth day, the sweetness and drippiness became a little stronger again. I think it's better to drink the sake on its own. I think I'll enjoy the rest of the drink in small batches.

On my 38th birthday night. It's tasty, but it cuts off quickly and goes with every dish. The entrée at this time was. When the season settles down, I want to taste another type of form. *Other reminders. Shochu (Red Rabbit Horse, Hyorin Tetsugo). The whiskey (SCAPA) was outstandingly delicious on another level than the figure.

抜群のキレ。 ガス感、辛口、香りは控えめ。 今日のアテが脂っこく、そのキレがマッチした。 時間の経過と共に、丸みも出てきて好みに変化。 明日以降が楽しみ。

開栓から2週間。 まだまだ美味しいです。 明日の朝を考えて一口で我慢。 明後日は週末。 もう少しだ。 がんばろー!

出羽燦々33%。 口開けから芳醇な香り。 トロッとした舌触り。 ほどよい甘さ。 喉を通過した後は、心地よい苦味でサッとキレる。 評判通り文句無し味わい。 リピしたい一品がまた増えた(^^)
Daishinshu純米大吟醸原酒生酒無濾過槽しぼり

キレイなお酒。 明日以降の変化を待ちたい。 →口開けから1ヶ月後、残りだいぶ少なくなってきてから、かなり好みの雰囲気に変わってきた。 フレッシュフルーティーで、爽やかなリンゴの香りが気持ちいい。 これだから日本酒はおもしろい。
