This is one that I thought I would never find this season. I found it at my favorite liquor store, so I bought it without hesitation. The mouthfeel is round and tart. As time goes by, the acidity comes out and the mouthfeel of the wine is smooth.

Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. Taste, aroma and overall calmness. Personally, I'd like it to be a little more floral, fruity, and umami. I prefer the Toyo Bijin I bought with it. If you like Chiyoroku SP, I'm sorry for the criticism. It's just a reminder for me. I hope to see more changes in the future, as only sake can.

This is the first Jyoshito Kuheiji. I had reserved it to drink with a friend, but the emergency declaration was extended, so I cried and opened the bottle by myself. This one goes down so easily. It's a shame to drink it alone. The balance is good. I can't express it well, but "well balanced" is what I mean. It's really delicious. Next year, I want to drink it with my best friends.

This is one of the bottles that was so delicious last year. I got it again this year. It has a mild aroma, a good taste of rice, and a good sharpness. It is a very beautiful sake. If I had the money and the time to go out and buy it, I would want another bottle. I'm sure it would be even better if I could drink it with friends. I can't wait for the Corona to settle down. We are being forced to refrain from drinking in many ways, but I hope that we can all have some moments of peace and enjoyment.

This is my second bottle this season. This second bottle is actually one that I've been saving since the end of the year to drink with a friend. He and I both like Collagen Collagen, so we really wanted to drink it together. I wish it wasn't a Corona disaster. As always, it's really good from the opening sip. I'm going to drink it alone today, looking forward to the reunion.

It's a scent I've smelled somewhere before, but I can't remember where. And the taste. It's more like a juice than sake. I think the Kamonishiki I drank a few years ago had a similar impression. It's very juicy and goes down easily. Be careful not to drink too much. The other day's Hououmida had a better rice flavor and aroma, and I prefer it. As a reminder. I hope it will change in the future.

Last time I drank Kudokidoshi's Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, so I made a comparison note. I can't say it well, but my preference is Hououmita. The Houou is a little lighter and easier to drink.

When you open the bottle, the cork blows off with great force. Crisp and slightly carbonated. It gives the impression of sparkling wine, champagne, or white wine. It's unlike anything I've ever tasted before in terms of sake. I was betrayed in a good way, but I like it this way.

Purchased at my favorite liquor store for a line drinking party with high school friends. Banana aroma, slight foam and crisp acidity. Good costa👍. It's easy to drink and I found myself with less than half a bottle. I'm sure I'll be repeating this if I don't find another candidate.

This is my first Hououmita. I went to my favorite liquor store, which I hadn't been to in a while, and bought the recommendation as usual. I thought it wasn't as good as its previous reputation, but I found myself drinking it for almost 3 hours. I never get tired of drinking it. I can keep drinking it. It's a dangerous one that somehow makes me want to drink it again. I don't know if I'll repeat it or not, but this is it. The good thing is that I was able to confirm the compatibility with my favorite liquor store before this drink.

From the opening of the mouth, the aroma is mellow and fruity, which is typical of a good wine maker. The taste is very dry and far from the aroma. Personally, I wanted a little more sweetness and flavor. I had heard in advance that it was dark and sweet, so maybe I was getting too much mileage out of it. I'm looking forward to seeing how things change in the future.

When I asked the clerk for a recommendation in the "Sharaku Usu Nigori" lineage, he introduced me to it. I'm sure it's the same strain. He told me that Sharaku Usunigori is sold in December. It made me want to drink Sharaku again this year.

At my favorite liquor store, I asked the clerk When I told him that I enjoyed the Kudokidoge Junmai Daiginjo, Raw Dewa Sanshu 33%, he recommended this one. It was definitely similar, and this one was even juicier than the Kudokidokei. It was so good on the palate that I drank three or four cups. On the second day, I was a little sore, so I started to enjoy it more as a stand-alone sake rather than as a mid-meal drink. On the sixth day, the sweetness and drippiness became a little stronger again. I think it's better to drink the sake on its own. I think I'll enjoy the rest of the drink in small batches.

When the season settles down, I want to taste another type of form. *Other reminders. Shochu (Red Rabbit Horse, Hyorin Tetsugo). The whiskey (SCAPA) was outstandingly delicious on another level than the figure.
