When you open the bottle, the cork blows off with great force.
Crisp and slightly carbonated.
It gives the impression of sparkling wine, champagne, or white wine.
It's unlike anything I've ever tasted before in terms of sake.
I was betrayed in a good way, but I like it this way.

I gave it a little shake because it's "lightly nigoric" and it overflows with tremendous vigor.
Too much carbonation.
If you are going to drink it, please be careful.
It's crisp so you can gulp it down. The sharpness is excellent.
