I had only heard of this brand by name. I found it at my usual store and bought it immediately. The taste was slightly effervescent with a hint of Yamadanishiki. It was a little expensive, but I think it was worth the price. This is the kind of sake that I would drink in large gulps. Today, the temperature dropped for the first time in a while and sake tasted good. It's a dangerous kind of sake that can be enjoyed even without a side dish. The aroma through the nose is also good. It's been a while since I've had a good sake. I can't stop drinking with a piece of "reduced-sodium" salted kelp in my hand. I've been tired for a while now, and I think I'll be free today.

(Reference/Remarks) I asked the manager for a recommendation today because the usual clerk at my usual liquor store was serving me and I could not make a decision. I told him that I liked the most recent "Nisato no Aizan", "Saku no Megumi no Ji", and "Huang Suisen", and asked for a recommendation for "Hi-ire", and this was it. My impression was honestly neither good nor bad. Not bad, but not impressive either. I think the entrée would be better suited to a stronger flavor.

I have been curious about "Yellow Narcissus" for a while. It was recommended by the usual clerk at my usual liquor store. Frankly speaking, I think it is a little too sweet. As I was told, it is the type of sake that goes down smoothly when chilled to a crisp. I would prefer it to be a little closer to room temperature but still have a sake feel to it, but this is it and I will enjoy it today. The aroma is sweet and delicious, The taste is contrary to the aroma. And the sharpness is outstanding! Serve with tako-wasabi and natto. While watching a shocking drama (Mother, episode 10, just before the final episode). I was so moved by the drama that I stopped drinking, or rather, I cried while drinking. A break from the busyness of the beginning of the year is a hana-yosu, which I stocked up on at the end of the year. Several years ago, I first drank Miyamanishiki at a certain izakaya and enjoyed it so much that I have been searching for this brand ever since. Memorandum] My personal impression. I prefer Hachitan-Nishiki about an hour after opening the bottle rather than after opening the mouth. The aroma is stronger than other brands, which I really like, but it seems more subdued than Miyamanishiki. The acidity is strong and gradually starts to coalesce, and after an hour, it is full-bodied, and I found myself going through about 3 gou of the bottle. Life is full of many things, but I am grateful to be able to nourish my energy with something I love and that tastes so good. I look forward to a world where I can socialize with my friends without hesitation. I look at it as a time to deepen my life, even if it means a little patience for a while. Just as alcohol seeks time to mature.

I haven't had sake in about 6 months 🍶. Reward & recovery celebration 🍶 after super high stress & adverse reaction to corona vaccine since the end of last year. This afternoon, while I was at work, it occurred to me "Let's have Houou Mida tonight." I thought "I'll have Houou Mita tonight. I hesitated between it and wine cell, but decided to go with OMACHI. I found myself drinking up to the top of the label. Houou Mita is still delicious ☺️.

Recommended by my favorite liquor store. The aroma is gorgeous, the flavor is strong, and it's crisp, so it won't lose to thicker dishes.
