Polishing ratio 45%. Summer sake purchased at a local fresca. It has a well-balanced taste of fruity, sweet, and richness.
Sumikawa Brewery is a sure thing.
16% alcohol.
The moromi is five times the amount of regular sake, giving it a thick, thick texture similar to that of drinking yogurt. The taste is sweet and rich, but also has a crumbly, fizzy feeling from the moromi, which is totally different from the sake we usually drink. Since I have a sweet tooth, I personally prefer it, and it goes well with the mentaiko (cod roe) flavored cheese I had with it.
A good sake with rich umami, sweetness, fruity flavor, and a tangy element. The price is moderate for the rice polishing ratio, making it a good value.
Fruity and delicious. My favorite sake. My personal preference tends to be sake from the Tohoku and Yamaguchi regions after drinking a variety of sake.
