Daiginjo from Ote Hakutsuru. Easy to drink but with a tangy finish. I drank Kabutomushi on the same day, a delicious sake that was too easy to drink, so it was nice to be able to buy it at a convenience store or supermarket, even if the relative rating was too strict.
I wanted to drink Toyo Bijin and found it at Fresta. It is fruity, sweet and delicious. Good cost performance.
Next time I want to try something different at the liquor store.
When I drank it more than 10 years ago on the Shinkansen on my way home from Niigata, my memory of sweet and fruity was also strongly memory compensated. It was dry compared to the good nama sake I drank recently.
