We talked about the craftsmen who make the wooden barrels, climbed up a ladder to look inside the empty enamel barrels, saw the sake squeezing machine for the first time, and had a tour of the brewery that was full of interest. I couldn't contain my curiosity and asked so many questions💦it was too much fun! It seems that the sake is made entirely from pure rice, with no brewing alcohol added. It's a summer-only undiluted sake, and it's supposed to be drunk with ice to make it sound like a wind chime, so it has a high alcohol content! The cool label is nice too! Refreshing! It's refreshing! It's crisp!

A small party of wild boar meat served with carbonara in the garden of the neighborhood, with a gift from my daughter 🎁 of alcohol. I took a sip and everyone opened their eyes wide and said "yummy! 😋 Everyone has different tastes, so this is a rare occasion. It was gone in a flash💦100% Aigamo Farmed Koshihikari I want to drink it again, so I might buy it myself... It's limited to 250 bottles, so you have to hurry! I wonder if it's still available. It has no peculiarities at all. That's all I can say about this sake!

It was so hot today! So I opened this one, which looks refreshing! It's definitely refreshing, but the sourness and bitterness come afterwards! It's pretty solid. And this is what it feels like when it goes up your nose! That's what it's like to go through the nose! This kind of change of pace is good, too. I have a feeling that I won't be able to finish this in two cups today...

Yume-no-Ka 100%. Rice polishing ratio 65 Mother's Day gift 🎁 from my daughter... a sake warmer 😅. This is the best gift I've ever received. You can use the lever to warm it up lukewarm or hot! When it gets cold, it automatically heats up again, but repeating the process changes the taste. Makes my sake life even better.

I hadn't been to my favorite liquor store in a while, and they had a lot of stuff, so I had fun and bought four bottles. First, "Kaze no Mori". I asked the person at the store, "What is this test brewing? I asked. "He said, "What is it? "Hahaha! I understand! I'll buy some and try it!" And I put it in the basket! The sound of a booming bottle opening! Oh, wow! Squishy and tingly! But that was only at first, and from then on it was sweet and delicious😋. I can't believe the rice polishing ratio is 80%! And 1.375yen 720ml

I couldn't get my hands on it even after calling the brewery and using the internet. My mom's friend, who came from Saitama to marry and loves sake, always says "Saitama's sake is not good! So I asked everyone to help me find it secretly, and one of my neighbors sent it to me through a relative. And he brought it to me. I was so impressed! The taste is so rich! Aromatic! Fruity! Even my mom's friends raved about it!

I thought it would be really sweet, but it wasn't that sweet, it was a proper sake! The taste of the rice is strong and the bitter aftertaste is nice too😊. I'm sad that we don't have our annual "enjoy new sake" party this year😔. Among the dishes today, I made my first "microwavable tofu chakinmushi" which was delicious!

It's been a while since I've had a Shinsei 😊. It's only sold once in a while so I'm happy when I come across it😊😊. Today's No.6 has a strong sour taste. My hyacinths are in full bloom! Days of drinking and hyacinths. The weight of the flowers always makes it fall over when I notice it, and the roots come out of the water, so No.6 supports me. Give and take. Give and take.
