Founded in 1872. A hidden gem of sake from the San'in region, brewed from the rich nature at the foot of Mt. This junmai ginjo-shu is made by pressing the moromi and bottling only the well-balanced portion called "nakadare" that naturally flows out. First time drinking sake from Saitama. This all junmai brewery was founded in 1848. It has a rich flavor that spreads the deliciousness of rice. We had it cold today, but it is recommended to be heated! Heating up sake is good for a change!
