Served with octopus sashimi. Fruity, a little gassy, smooth and very easy to drink. Not too sweet and not too rich, just the right balance for me. I like Koshi and have bought it many times, but this is the first time for me to buy Mujirinoshu. I found a good sake.

This is also served hot with Osechi. Dry, just the right sake to drink when you are tired of the richness and sweetness of Osechi. It was delicious.

Hot sake and served with Osechi. It is not dry but rather slightly sweet. But it is sweet enough to match the sweetness of the osechi. I think it was a good balance between the osechi and the sweetness of the osechi, and they complemented each other without fighting each other.

For Osechi (New Year's Day). It is sweet and quite thick. Since it was paired with Osechi, the richness did not bother me that much, but it might be a good choice for a meal.

Unfiltered, raw, slightly sparkling sake It tastes cool and refreshing, like a slightly sweet white wine. I served it as an accompaniment to Osechi (New Year's Day) and it was delicious without any fighting. I think it would definitely go well with Western seafood as well! I drank it for the first time and found a good sake to start the New Year with: ❤️

Apparently it's a limited edition spring and fall product, but made a little earlier? Purchased. I bought it at a sake shop that I always go to. They don't claim to be junmai ginjo or daiginjo. It tastes fresh and fruity. I drank it with salted kelp, and the fruity sweetness of the sake and the saltiness of the salted kelp were a perfect match. Both are very good.

Polishing ratio 50%. It has a clean taste and does not interfere with meals. I served it with sukiyaki. If you drink it alone, it may not be enough, but if it has a strong flavor, it would go well with a meal, wouldn't it? I think so.

The next drink I was served. Also fruity. It was served cold. The owner told me that the sake was a little too cold at first and that the taste might be a little hard, but that the aroma and taste would become more gorgeous when the temperature was a little higher. I drank it and found out that this is what he meant by "gorgeous"! That's amazing! We even had a chance to study together. I asked him if I could get some Nagano sake as a souvenir, and he told me a lot about it. However, he told me that Genmai is very popular and hard to find, so it might be difficult to purchase. Too bad...but the next day I had a miracle 😍.

I became friends with a local and we went to the restaurant he always goes to. I told the owner again that I like fruity sake, and he served it to me. I had it cold. It was fruity and delicious. It had a different taste from the fruity sake we had at the first restaurant. It was easy to drink. The owner, who is a certified sommelier and very knowledgeable about sake, taught us a lot about it. This sake is also from Nagano.

Very habitual old sake-like sake. At room temperature, it packs quite a punch. I had it hot. I thought it was delicious with this much punch if you are going to drink it hot. It goes great with oyster cream croquettes! We had it at a Japanese restaurant in Nagano. I drank a lot at this restaurant 😆.

This sake is also from Nagano. It was served cold. I told them I liked fruity sake, and they served it to me. I remember it was fruity but still refreshing.

On a trip to Nagano. Today's recommended sake at the same restaurant where I had Asamatake. It's not from Nagano, but it was also delicious. And likewise, I forgot what it tasted like💦 but I think it was a little fruity? (Doubtful memory).

I went to Nagano on a trip. I wanted to drink Nagano sake, so I went to a Japanese restaurant that had Nagano sake. I don't remember what it tasted like, but I remember it was refreshing. It was very tasty and matched well with Japanese food.

Nama-no-Mazake 2022 Fruity and slightly sweet. It is easy to drink and should be tried by those who are not fond of sake. I enjoyed this sake with MUJI's surume (dried squid meat) as a snack, and it went well with the sake. It is a sake that can be enjoyed on its own.

To accompany the sukiyaki. I decided to go with a strong-flavored sake because of the strong seasoning, so I decided to go with a hiyaoroshi sake from the Snow Kayasha family, but it was not that strong, but it did not overpower the sukiyaki, and I enjoyed the flavor of the sake. It was fruity but not too sweet, just right for me. This was the first time I drank the hiyaoroshi from Snow Kayasha.

100% Yamada-Nishiki The sake itself did not have a deep taste, but was light but had a unique flavor. The sake itself did not have a deep taste, but it was light and had a unique flavor. The taste also seemed to have lost its peculiarity. It may have been a good thing that yesterday's dish was a hot-pot dish with a strong flavor.

It was a draft sake, so it had a stronger sake flavor than the usual Yuki no Kayasha. But it is not too heavy and smooth, making it easy to drink. And it has a fruity flavor that I like. It was a bit drier than the regular Snowy Kayasha.

Rice polishing ratio: 50 It has a refreshing sweet and fruity taste. It goes very well with meals, and it may be better to drink it with a meal than to drink it alone. I thought. I served it with Japanese dishes such as beef salad, mezashi, and potato salad with sake steal. It went especially well with the saltiness of the saketaki! (Does sakataki go with everything?)

Polishing ratio 55%, rice 75% Nishito no Shizuku, 25% Yamadanishiki, alcohol 17%. Freshly opened, it is a bit faint. It seems to go well with darker meals, whether sweet or spicy. I drank it with snacks. The first one was a giant corn with wasabi flavor. When I drank it with a mouthful of pickled plums, the saltiness of the plums was accentuated, and when I paired it with wasanbon hanesanuki (wasanbon sweets, a specialty of Kagawa City, Kagawa Prefecture), the taste of the sake stood out.
