Unfiltered, raw, slightly sparkling sake
It tastes cool and refreshing, like a slightly sweet white wine. I served it as an accompaniment to Osechi (New Year's Day) and it was delicious without any fighting. I think it would definitely go well with Western seafood as well!
I drank it for the first time and found a good sake to start the New Year with: ❤️
