Very habitual old sake-like sake. At room temperature, it packs quite a punch. I had it hot. I thought it was delicious with this much punch if you are going to drink it hot. It goes great with oyster cream croquettes!
We had it at a Japanese restaurant in Nagano. I drank a lot at this restaurant 😆.
