Polishing ratio 55%, rice 75% Nishito no Shizuku, 25% Yamadanishiki, alcohol 17%.
Freshly opened, it is a bit faint. It seems to go well with darker meals, whether sweet or spicy.
I drank it with snacks. The first one was a giant corn with wasabi flavor.
When I drank it with a mouthful of pickled plums, the saltiness of the plums was accentuated, and when I paired it with wasanbon hanesanuki (wasanbon sweets, a specialty of Kagawa City, Kagawa Prefecture), the taste of the sake stood out.
