Apparently it's a limited edition spring and fall product, but made a little earlier? Purchased. I bought it at a sake shop that I always go to.
They don't claim to be junmai ginjo or daiginjo. It tastes fresh and fruity. I drank it with salted kelp, and the fruity sweetness of the sake and the saltiness of the salted kelp were a perfect match. Both are very good.
