Fruity calpis soda. Not as good as Sanuki Cloudy, but it has a calpis soda feel to it. It is a fruity, sweet nigori soda, but with a bit of bitterness? It is fruity and sweet nigori sake, but it has a bit of bitterness or astringency. It also has a bitterness, so it is not too sweet.

A drink at a sake bar. It is a liqueur made of sake and potato shochu, which is apparently not popular among sake lovers. The aroma and taste of potato shochu and the mildness of sake are well-balanced and delicious. 20% alcohol by volume, but it is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.

I heard that it goes well with Chinese food, so I paired it with yu-lingon chicken, and it goes really well with it. It is also good with sashimi and other dishes, but it is excellent with dishes with strong flavors.

I bought this sake because it is brewed by Kuranosuke Sasaki's family. The bottle is colored like autumn leaves and the maple on the label is stylish. It looks like hiyaoroshi. A delicious food sake.

Gorgeous fruity aroma and taste. Soft on the palate with a lingering taste. It is juicy, sweet, and a little sour. I think it is like a spring sake.
