A bottle limited to the warehouse. We were lucky to get the last one.
I imagined it to be shochu-like, but I only felt a hint of it. Personally, I like the balance between the sweetness and the shochu flavor. It has a clean aftertaste.
A limited edition sold at the brewery.
This is a white wine. It is not sake.
It has a juicy acidity, reminiscent of muscat and grapefruit. It is exactly as described, easy to understand and delicious. There is not much of the wine's characteristic astringency, and you can hardly taste the alcohol.
Of course, it goes well with fish, but it was also delicious with Chawesen. I think I'm going to be addicted to this wine.
Sweet and sour, the most fruity of the three. Apple or pear-like? Moderate piquancy, too. It seemed sharp when opened, but it mellowed very much when left overnight.
Come to think of it, how many recipes are there?
Of the three, this one has the most pizzazz and bubbles visible. Modest acidity, bitterness and fruity. Delicious juicy flavor. Good sharpness.
This is like the Yamamoto I'm used to drinking.
It's been a long time since I've been to CafeLab.
On the first day, it was fruity but with a strong acidity and bitterness. On its own, it seemed easy to get tired of drinking, but it went well with strong flavored snacks. The bitterness settles down after a night of drinking.
Middle. My favorite.
The taste of rice. Goes well with meals. Light aftertaste.
I bought it at a roadside station and enjoyed it. It is interesting that there are three different types. I would like to buy more of these in the future.
I will contribute in a small way by drinking sake.
Not Junmai Ginjo-like, robust and dark. Yellowish color. Delicious firm flavor with a sense of maturity.
It has been a long time since I have had a chance to drink it.
The aroma is mild. I get the impression that it is balanced with acidity, slightly sweet and juicy fruity, some astringency and piquancy. Yamamoto-like, but not very sharp.
Very drinkable and instantaneous.
The lid flew off the moment I took the cover off.
The fizziness is addictive. Without mixing it, it is quite dry and dry, but the fizziness makes it taste good again. When mixed, it changes to a mild sweetness. One bottle tastes twice as good as the other.
It has a banana aroma at first, but that has settled down and the aroma is much more subdued. Sweet and sour and juicy, tastes like pear or pineapple. Beautiful mouthfeel, with a clean, dry finish.
My memory is hazy, but I like it better than last year's.
Bitter on the palate, with a refreshing acidity. There is a savory flavor, but also a fruity, orange-like flavor. Various flavors can be felt and the balance is very good.
This was my first Koryu, but it was so delicious that I want to repeat it.
